Big in Japan
Norwegian Idol finalist Aleksander With has found a loving and rapidly growing audience in the land of the rising sun. This week sees With heading out on a Billboard Live tour of Japan.
Aleksander With became a household name in Norway when he won the music contest "Norwegian Idol" in 2006. The album "Coming Home" has been well received in Norway since its release in October 2006. Aleksander has contributed in all parts of the production process, and he also plays the piano and the rhodes on the album. His first single "A Little Too Perfect" has reached platina sales.
This week sees the successful Idol artist returning to the land of the rising sun, a country that has opened its arms for the young Norwegian. With has toured Japan on several occasions during the last year, and his radio singles have performed excellently on Japanese charts. With’s September tour is a part of the Billboard Live Japan 2007 concert series.
